OpenAI ACP Product Feed

Public read-only product feed in OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP) format. Submitting this URL via OpenAI's merchant program makes the SuperPharmacyPlus catalogue eligible for ChatGPT shopping and other ACP-aware agents.

Endpoint

GET https://ai.superpharmacyplus.com.au/feeds/acp.json

HEAD requests are supported. Responses include ETag and Last-Modified so crawlers can fetch incrementally.

Discovery

The ACP discovery document is served at /.well-known/acp.json per the ACP discovery RFC. It declares the protocol version, API base URL, transports, and currently supported services (product feed only — checkout is not yet implemented).

Schema version

Targets the OpenAI Agentic Commerce Protocol product-feed schema (version acp-1.1). Required fields: id, title, description, link, image_link, price, availability, brand, condition, enable_search, enable_checkout, seller_name, seller_url. Australian feed conventions: currency = AUD, country = AU.

All products are search-enabled (enable_search: true) and checkout-disabled (enable_checkout: false) — Instant Checkout is not yet implemented. Prescription and pharmacist-only medicines (TGA S3/S4/S8) are excluded from the feed entirely.

Refresh cadence

Regenerated nightly as part of the standard feed-build job.
Deterministic and content-hashed (feed_hash) — unchanged catalogues produce identical output, so generated_at remains stable across runs and conditional GETs return 304 Not Modified.
Products that fail ACP validation are excluded from the feed and surfaced in the admin review queue.

Submission

To register this feed with OpenAI, follow the merchant onboarding instructions at platform.openai.com/docs/guides/agentic-commerce. Provide the feed URL above and confirm AU / AUD as the target market.

Out of scope

This endpoint serves the feed half of ACP only. Checkout endpoints (create_order, update_order, complete_order) are not yet implemented; ChatGPT shopping will deep-link out to the SuperPharmacyPlus website for purchase.
