Notes

Selection and exclusion reporting

This supplement uses the same public eligibility, verified category mapping and content validation as the other public feeds. S3/S4/S8 remain blocked; uncertain/default schedules retain the shared policy's existing treatment, not a new GMC classifier. Hidden, synthetic/test, internal-only, under-AUD-1, retracted, unsafe generated content and pharmacist-review-held products remain excluded.

Category exclusions mean no verified category, unknown category IDs, only internal/test category paths, or multiple public paths with no verified declared match. They are public eligibility exclusions, not TGA exclusions.

After shared gating, only supplemental row checks apply: usable exact matching ID (at most 50 characters, no control characters, quotes or spreadsheet-formula prefix), unique offer ID, and non-empty approved description. Missing image, title, link, brand or ACP availability fields do not impose extra GMC exclusions. Relationships reference final supplemental rows only.

The version-2 coverage report separates public_excluded_count, reason-aware tga_excluded_count (a subset), and gmc_format_omitted_count. excluded_count is their total public-plus-format omissions. Product totals are unique; counts in each reason breakdown can overlap and must not be added together. Format/data omissions are not public-safety or TGA findings.

Older sidecars' aggregate tga_gated_count mixed category/content exclusions with TGA. Treat its provenance as legacy/unknown, never as trustworthy TGA evidence. Regenerate only through the signed coherent publication-bundle lifecycle, not a standalone overwrite. Local validation or an HTTP-accessible feed does not prove publication or Google ingestion; confirm fetched/processed status separately in Merchant Center.
